“I have worked with Jennifer on complex trust, estate, and elder law issues, and found her to be excellent. Professional fiduciaries are third-party managers of a person’s financial and health care affairs, and must have the utmost competence, integrity, and interpersonal skills to do their job right. These are qualities that Jennifer exemplifies.”

About Jennifer Feehan

Jennifer Feehan is a Licensed Professional Fiduciary. Possessing a strong foundational knowledge of the intricate Medi-Cal (Medicaid) system, as well as, other Public Benefits programs, she specializes in administering Special Needs Trusts. Additionally, Jennifer enjoys serving as Probate Administrator, Trustee and Conservator of the Estate.

Jennifer began her career at a local law firm as a Legal Assistant, focusing on Estate Planning, Business Formation and Personal Injury matters.  While there, she also served as the Office Manager, handling the firm’s billings, payroll and business accounts. To further her developing passion for law, she pursued a university education, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. For her internship, she chose the National Conflict Resolution Center because it melded together the areas of Psychology and Law. Through this internship, Jennifer received first-hand experience and training in mediating contested and emotionally wrought Trust and Estate Administration matters.

Cultivating a growing interest in the Estate Planning and Trust Administration field, Jennifer began working as a Paralegal at San Diego Elder Law Center. While there, she focused on Medi-Cal and Public Benefit qualification, the administration of Conservatorships, Probates, Trusts and Special Needs Trusts, as well as maintaining the firm’s business accounts and billings.  She interacted frequently with the firm’s Professional Fiduciary clients and assisted with the legal administration of their matters. Through this association, Jennifer was encouraged to consider and pursue a career as a Professional Fiduciary. To meet the requisite qualifications for licensure as a Professional Fiduciary, Jennifer attended California State University-Fullerton’s Fiduciary Management program.

To her work as a Professional Fiduciary, Jennifer brings not only her extensive financial management and legal experience, but her tenacity and problem solving abilities.
