“I have worked with Jennifer on complex trust, estate, and elder law issues, and found her to be excellent. Professional fiduciaries are third-party managers of a person’s financial and health care affairs, and must have the utmost competence, integrity, and interpersonal skills to do their job right. These are qualities that Jennifer exemplifies.”

About Jennifer Feehan
Jennifer Feehan began her career in 2004 as a receptionist at Palecek, Skaja & Broyles, LLC. She quickly began taking on more duties as a Legal Assistant and Office Manager, focusing on Estate Planning, Business Formation and Personal Injury. She managed the firm’s accounts, billings and payroll. With a passion for law, she decided to pursue a formal education, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University in 2013 with an Associate in Paralegal Studies, and, 2014, with a Bachelor in Psychology. During this time she began working as a Paralegal for Philip P. Lindsley, Esq. of San Diego Elder Law Center. While there, she focused on Medi-Cal and public benefit qualification, probate and trust accountings, Conservatorships, and Special Needs Trusts, as well as maintaining the firm’s bookkeeping and billings. She interacted frequently with her Professional Fiduciary clients and assisted them with their legal matters. During this time, several individuals encouraged her to pursue becoming a Professional Fiduciary, citing her wealth of knowledge and skills in this area would fill a great need and greatly benefit her potential clients. After hearing there is a shortage of qualified Professional Fiduciaries in San Diego, and an aging Baby Boomer population, she enrolled in California State University-Fullerton’s Fiduciary Management program to obtain her pre-licensing education. She sat for and passed the licensing examination and received her license from the California Professional Fiduciaries Bureau. Following, she partnered and currently mentors with Marilyn Kriebel of Kriebel & Associates, a respected fiduciary with 35 years experience. Jennifer is a National Certified Guardian (NCG).
Jennifer has always had a heart for the elderly and special needs members of society. Her education in psychology allows her to hold a more empathetic perspective of these individuals, seeing value and wisdom in their golden years and purpose in all life. As a Professional Fiduciary, Jennifer finds fulfillment in her duty to care for her clients. At her core, she strives for fairness and equity in all aspects of her life. This is what drives her passion for law and financial management, and her compassion for those in need of assistance.
